Hello! My name is Marie Nutter and I support folks in navigating the effects of workplace trauma, loss, or burnout through the practice of trauma-informed yoga + meditation. I'm a pediatric operating room nurse, yoga instructor, author, and lifelong student who has been named an example of resiliency during times of uncertainty by Psychology Today Magazine.

My dedication to do no harm is embedded in the services I offer healthcare providers, first responders, therapists, military members, lawyers, social workers, diversity advocates and many others exposed to these unwanted + sometimes devastating work-related side effects.
Why Trauma-Informed?
Because most of us have survived difficult life events, performed through high levels of chronic stress, and endured different types of loss both on and off the clock.
Through a shared experience in choice, movement and breath, we can process our line of work in a healthy way + possibly move forward together.
